Salary We are recruiting for a Air Conditioning engineer to cover PPM and reactive maintenance on a prestigious facility in the Manchester area.
The maintenance engineer will be responsible for general repairs and upkeep to the AC-R & mechanical services plus compliance checks. This is permanent shift role, days, 2on/2off/3on/3off - paying up to 39k basic. On site parking available.
Mechanical / Air Conditioning Engineer duties:
To travel to each facility completing reactive repairs, planned maintenance and small works projects.
AHU's and fan coils
Splits, condensers, VRV's, etc.
Pumps and valves
Mechanical plant room
Compliance checks
Plus other associated tasks
Handyperson Requirements:
To have maintenance and Air Conditioning experience
Applicants are expected to have several years prior experience some of which will have been in a similar role and have good customer skills.
Qualified AC-R Engineer and 2079 F-Gas
It is essential staff are self-motivated and promote a “Can do” customer attitude at all times.
Ability and desire to complete general fabric maintenance tasks
Knowledge of Building services
Be prepared to undertake training as required by the post and the contract manager.
Operate all systems within the building in a competent, effective and efficient manner, adhering to relevant guidelines and bulletins.
