Are you a people person with a passion for creating positive and memorable experiences for others? Our client, a leading provider of luxury apartments , is seeking a dynamic and welcoming Resident Host to join their team. With a range of fantastic amenities and excellent transport links, our client offers residents a truly exceptional living experience.

This role will require you to work 4 days on 4 days off and cover a Saturday 1 in 3, the working week is 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome residents and visitors, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Act as the first point of contact for any queries or issues, providing prompt and efficient solutions
• Organise and coordinate resident events, fostering a sense of community and engagement
• Assist with move-ins and move-outs, conducting apartment inspections and ensuring a smooth transition
• Respond to maintenance requests and liaise with the appropriate teams to ensure prompt resolution
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and feedback for future reference
• Monitor and maintain communal areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with the leasing team to showcase available properties and provide information to prospective residents

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Knowledge of property management desirable
• Experience in a customer service or hospitality role is highly desirable
• A proactive and positive attitude, always willing to go the extra mile to exceed expectations
