Resident Liaison Officer

VNA Recruitment are currently searching for a Resident Liaison Officer for our client based in Sutton. The main responsibilities of this role are:

• Ensuring that the residents receive excellent customer service
• Visiting and issuing approved communications and literature to residents prior to works being carried out
• Creating tenant profiles and undertaking home surveys
• Keeping in contact with residents regularly
• Informing the residents of delays/changes to the programme of works
• Carrying out resident courtesy visits and following up
