Project Overview:
Join a dynamic team for a large Tier 1 Contractor in Brighton where they are transforming a £90M+ campus project to be delivered over two phases. The project consists of new academic buildings, and enhanced social and fitness facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents
- Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly
- Cover all Site Administration duties
- Facilitate communication between residents and project teams
- Basic administration on CRM, Microsoft Office
- Attend client and project team meetings
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations within the residential areas
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience as an RLO or Site Administrator preferably with a Main Contractor
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- MUST be available IMMEDIATELY
