Role Overview:

As an RLO, you will play a crucial role in an occupied social housing framework, managing window and roof replacements, External Wall Insulation (EWI), and concrete repairs. Reporting to the Resident Liaison Manager, you will be the key link between the client, site project team, subcontractors, and residents.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise verbally and in writing with residents, ensuring minimal disruption during necessary works.
  • Maintain steady workflow for subcontractors by facilitating effective communication.
  • Establish positive and trusting relationships with residents, clients, and the construction team.
  • Plan visits, access, meetings, and distribute literature to ensure clear communication channels.
  • Act as a point of contact for residents' comments, suggestions, and complaints.
