Our Client is looking for an experienced Residential Liaison Officer to assist them on a large scale new build Residential scheme is Cheshire West.
This role involves being the face of the Client whilst communicating with Residents that may be affected by upcoming works in their area.
Duties of this role include:
- Approaching Residents to inform them of upcoming works
- Collecting information from both Residents and Client
- Addressing customer concerns
- Liaising between Residents and Contractors
About you:
- Experienced with Resident / Tenant Liaison roles
- Good communication skills
- Well Presented
