About the Role:
We, at Planning Recruitment are in search of an Experienced Architect for a prestigious London-based architectural practice, specializing in high-quality residential designs. This role involves working on a diverse range of projects from intimate mews developments, exclusive apartments, and penthouses, to larger apartment buildings and mixed-use schemes valued between £1m and £40m.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop drawings, models, images, and technical documentation across all RIBA stages.
Lead design and delivery phases, particularly RIBA stages 2, 3, and 4.
Ensure high standards of design, detailing, and project execution.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years post Part 3 experience, preferably in residential design.
Strong design ability with experience in detail/technical design and delivery.
Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, with rendering capabilities.
Required skills in Revit and AutoCAD.
Excellent graphic and 3D design abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and approachable, capable of working in client and contractor-facing roles.
Experience in a small to medium UK-based practice, with a focus on residential or other high-specification designs (hotel, heritage, etc.).
