Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager / Care Home Manager, to manage one of their wonderful dementia Care Homes / Residential Care Homes situated in the Reading area of Berkshire. You will manage a brilliant Care Home which has been specifically designed for people with dementia care. The Care Home architecture is award winning and has been specifically designed to help people with dementia.
Registered Manager / Care Home Manager applicants should be a highly experienced Care Home Manager with a wealth of elderly care experience. Registered Manager / Care Home Manager candidates will be considered from a nursing home or residential home setting. Candidates must have strong dementia care experience, CQC legislation knowledge, knowledge of DOL's and the Mental Capacity Act.
The successful Registered Manager / Care Home Manager applicant must have overseen compliant homes. Care Home Manager candidates should have strong experience of improving occupancy and delivering high calibre care. You should have strong dementia knowledge and you should have knowledge of complex care etc.
As the Registered Manager / Care Home Manager you will ensure the highest levels of care are delivered at all time. You will join a Care Home provider that has very high care quality standards. You will ensure the Care Home remains compliant with CQC legislation and you will ensure the Care Home retains an excellent reputation in its local area.
Care Home Manager Requirements:
- Experience as a Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager / Residential Care Manager
- Experience of elderly care / dementia care
- Strong CQC knowledge
- Good communication and business skills
