Are you looking for a new Care Home Manager opportunity in the beautiful location of Evesham? Please keep reading! On behalf of an established and ethical organisation I am seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager or experienced Deputy to lead the team at this stunning and small Home.
The Company:

They are experts in the industry, with an approachable and experienced Seniorl Management team who will support day to day.
The Home:
The Care Home is a small - medium sized stunning Residential Care Home. It has a wonderful reputation and a number of longstanding residents and staff. The successful Home Manager will ensure that the home's brilliant reputation is maintained and strive for outstanding. You will be supported by aDeputy Home Manager, admin staff and HR function. You will also be supported by a group of Directors, who are hands on, approachable and will support you through best of times and the challenging times.
The ideal Home Manager will be a Home Manager or experienced Deputy looking for a step up. You will have excellent knowledge of CQC, Compliance and Safe Guarding. You will be experienced in carrying out assessments with excellent skills to ensure your residents receive the best person-centered care possible and your staff have a positive role model.
Qualifications and Experience of the Nursing Home Manager:
• Level 5 or working towards
• Management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude to management.
• Excellent communication skills - a people person.
• Excellent people and staff management skills - excellent communication skills / delegating skills.
