We provide high-quality care on a 1 to 2 basis for children aged 6-18 in a 2-bedded provision, allowing us to focus on creating a nurturing environment.
Role Overview:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of our children and young people, engaging in various activities, educational trips, and day-to-day responsibilities. The role requires dedication, resilience, and a commitment to putting the well-being of children at the forefront.

Responsibilities:
- Support children in social activities, educational outings, and daily tasks.
- Assist with school runs, shopping, and laundry, contributing to the well-being of the children and the team.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for the children and young people.
Shift Pattern:
- 2 shifts on and 4 days' rest, promoting a beneficial work-life balance.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License.
- Ideally, 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Level 3 or equivalent in Children & Young People (desirable).
- A-Level or equivalent education (preferred).
