Lakeside School is an "Outstanding" Day and Residential School for 97 x 10 - 16 year old boys with a range of needs including challenging behaviour.
The School received an "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted in January 2024.
We are looking to recruit a Residential Child Care Worker to work 4 evenings per week. Monday to Thursday. Hours to be agreed between 1 p.m. and 10 p.m. with up to 2 possible sleep in sessions (23.00 - 9.00 a.m.) per week.
We are also looking to recruit a Waking Nights Residential Child Care Worker for 2 - 4 nights per week. Hours 10.30 p.m. - 8.30 a.m. This position will attract a 33% night enhancement.
Working as part of a team you will provide care and support for up to 23 boys.
A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People, or equivalent, would be desirable or a willingness to study for a similar qualification.
