Responsibilities:
Join a team of carers, divided into sub-teams, and work on a rolling rota to provide ongoing care and support to young individuals.
Collaborate with Team Leaders and Seniors during shifts, with therapeutic carers typically working together evenings and weekends, and more available during office and school hours.
Safeguarding and maintaining boundaries are central to the role, achieved through open communication and nurturing relationships.
The role is dynamic, encompassing various tasks from well-being and role modeling to mentoring, nurturing, and setting firm boundaries.

Requirements:
