Job description

At Common Thread are dedicated to leading in the creation and provision of innovative healing environments for children and young people who have been hurt by trauma, abuse and neglect.

We’re looking for nurturing, fun and interesting people who are passionate and committed to making a difference to the lives of vulnerable young people and have the drive to grow and develop in a professional environment.

We’re looking for a full time and part time member of staff for our Inverness homes.

· 10 days training when you start and further development throughout your career with Common Thread

· Shift patterns which promote healthy psychological and physical recovery. Our model for full time workers being 48 hour shift, three days off, 48 hours shift and four days off. Working 10 days out of 28 day rota. 5 Return journeys in a 4 week period.

Each working day at Common Thread will be different from the last.
