SalaryA Residential Children's Deputy Manager is required for my client's new Residential Children's home based within Leicestershire.
The home offers support to vulnerable young people between the ages of 7-18 years, providing short term placements offering them personal development and independence.
As a Residential Children's Deputy Manager you will be responsible for taking lead of the day-to-day running's of their 4 bedded residential home in the Registered Managers absence.
Contracted Hours: 37 hrs + Sleep in shifts
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000
Location: Leicestershire
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Experience as Senior Support Worker looking for a step up OR Experienced Deputy Manager
- Driving Licence
