As a Residential Children’s Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in one of our homes located in the Berkshire area. Each home supports a group of looked-after young people, and your role will be vital in establishing strong bonds with them, understanding their individual needs, and providing the best possible support for their emotional and behavioral well-being. Engaging the residents in various activities, ensuring their safety, maintaining their well-being, and documenting reports and care plans will be key responsibilities.

We are seeking a suitable candidate who possesses a genuine passion for supporting looked-after children and ideally holds a valid driver’s license. While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, we are also open to training candidates who demonstrate a sincere dedication to supporting vulnerable young people. This is a temporary position offering an opportunity for personal and professional growth within our organization.
