Salary A fast growing law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in residential property matters are looking for a dynamic Residential Conveyancing Conveyancer to join their team.
Roles & responsibilities:
The candidate would manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to business targets.
Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work to enhance business opportunities.
Generate a fee income in line with agreed targets to contribute to the firm's growth.
Manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision.
About the Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following attributes, skills, and experience:
Experience in managing your own caseload of residential property matters.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a process-driven approach.
Commercially astute mindset, understanding the importance of business targets and client satisfaction.
Commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care and service.
IT literacy, including experience with web-based case management systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and introducers.
