Salary SJC is assisting a multi service law firm which has offices situated throughout Yorkshire with the recruitment process for a Residential Conveyancer to join their high performing property team in Northallerton.
The Role
* Handle a mixed caseload of both Freehold and Leasehold transactions from inception through to completion
* Deal with Sale and Purchases
* Deal with New Build and Transfer of Equity
The Candidate
* Possess a minimum of 2 years fee earning experience in a conveyancing role
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Have the ability to build strong client relationships
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills
* Previous experience managing a team is advantageous but not essential
