Our client is a well-established, multi-discipline firm that prides itself on providing tailored services to its clients and consistently maintaining a high standard. They have a growing reputation for providing expert legal services and are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join their property team.
Duties
- Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, lease extensions, re-mortgages, shared ownership, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
- Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
- Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions
You
- You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Experience conducting title checks and raising enquiries
- Excellent organisational skills
- Up to date conveyancing knowledge
- Ability to adhere to and manage deadlines
- Strong IT skills

- Annual salary up to £45,000
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
