Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a caseload from instruction to exchange and completion, covering sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold, and remortgages.
* Drafting and approving various legal documentation.
* Providing a responsive service, offering clear and concise legal advice.
* Regular engagement and attendance to clients.
