A reputable full-service law firm are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and expanding team. This is your opportunity to join a friendly, forward-thinking firm who pride themselves on work/life balance and their people focused values.
 
The Opportunity:

• To join an award-winning residential property department.
• Having your own individual caseload in which you will receive support from knowledgeable support teams.
• To network and build your client portfolio in the local area.
• To be a part of a successful, friendly team.

You will have:

• 2 years’ minimum experience of handling a caseload of residential transactions: Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases.
• Qualification: Solicitor, FILEx or Licensed Conveyancer
• Great client care experience.
• Business development experience.
• Case management experience
