Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor

Are you an experienced Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based in Grantham are looking to hire a Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing business.
To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials:

• Previous experience in conveyancing as a Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Experience of working within a busy residential conveyancing department
• Have a methodical approach to handle varied caseload

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, forward thinking, positive and results focused professional with a high degree of credibility surrounding residential conveyancing.
Within this Conveyancer / Fee Earner position, you ll also be:

• Managing a mixed and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from end to end
• Dealing with freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build
• Ensuring all conveyancing transactionss are handled professionally and efficiently
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to promote team working

Salary Information
GBP30,000 - GBP55,000 per annum, dependant on experience
All levels, qualified or experienced considered.
