OVERVIEW:
• A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to grow this already impressive team.
• You will be actively involved in recruiting and retaining the team and supporting their development
• You will ideally already be experienced working at a senior level within Residential Conveyancing with an established client following.
• You will engage and support junior lawyers and trainees in your work, delegating and supervising tasks to ensure that work is done at the right level whilst allowing you to focus on more complex matters.
• You will have significant experience in advising clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold properties, estates, and site developments.
• You will be a strong communicator with good rapport building skills and the resilience to work under pressure by organising yourself effectively to meet deadlines as needed.
