SalaryMy client is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy Property Department in the Carlisle and wider area.
You’ll join an efficient, busy and friendly team and handle an exciting and varied caseload of matters.
The position is a full-time position, however, they would consider part-time working for the right applicant.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years PQE, with a motivated and ambitious outlook and a solid grounding in residential/ commercial property. A familiarity with rural and agricultural property matters is an advantage due to their client base.
You will have a strong client focus and a commitment to providing high levels of service, building and developing client relationships.
You will be a strong communicator, who is well-organised and has excellent attention to detail and planning skills.
Salary is dependent upon your level of experience and background.
