Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Assistant looking to join a new firm? Sacco Mann are working with an established and award-winning firm who have offices across Yorkshire, who are looking to add to their property team in Doncaster.
This role will be suitable for an assistant with 12 months conveyancing experience in sales and purchases.

The firm has a strong standing in the Yorkshire market, with almost 20 offices across the region.
The firm offers outstanding professional and friendly services to their clients and are looking to bring someone in who has the same level of client care.

Joining the Residential Conveyancing team as a Conveyancing Assistant, some duties are set out below.

• Inputting data


• Preparing legal documents


• Opening, and closing files

Issuing contracts

• Ordering searches


• Dealing with exchanges


• Setting up completions


• Issuing mortgage reports


• Taking telephone enquiries

To be considered, you will have a minimum of 12 months experience as a Conveyancing Assistant, and have experience with high volume and fast paced work.
