Residential Conveyancing - Fee Earner

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing - Fee Earner to join our client's award-winning law firm based in Leeds.

The ideal candidate will be a positive, self-driven individual, an effective communicator, and a strong team player, with the ability to work under pressure, and manage your own caseload,

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Experienced in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, equity transfers and new build properties. 
• Deal with transactions from initial contact through to post-completion work. 
• Responsible for a small team who will assist with these tasks

Qualifications:

• 4 years' + PQE
• Experience in Residential Conveyancing or commercial conveyancing is essential

Salary

£35,000 + Depending on experience
