Are you a skilled and enthusiastic Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner looking to join a dynamic legal team? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our client's organisation in Cardiff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from start to finish, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Conduct legal research and obtain necessary documentation to support conveyancing transactions.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Prepare and draught legal documents, including contracts and deeds.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Provide excellent client service and advice throughout the conveyancing process.
- Work closely with fellow Fee Earners and support staff to achieve team objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner.
- Solid knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using case management systems and other relevant software.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
