Residential Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Officer
Our client a law firm are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Officer to join their Team based in Central London.
Responsibilities will include:
Liaise with Solicitors and preliminary sales enquiries The Property Paralegal will take instructions from clients Preparing contract Prepare/execute licences to assign, deed of covenant as required Chasing enquiries and progress on the matter to ensure a speedy exchange Interpret leases as required, book marking scanned leases the firm s requirement. Deal with S38 Repairs Notices and requirements to gain access to properties to effect repairs Support internal teams with Legal interpretation and where for external Client s by way of a chargeable legal opinion The property paralegal will fulfil the Secretarial duties when required Monthly check and manage the ownership register to register any sub–letting, after for new sites having bookmarked the lease and update records with details of the type of sub–letting clauses The Property paralegal with deal with various other duties when required Candidate requirements
