This is a great opportunity to support two very experienced residential conveyancers and have the opportunity to take on your own sales caseload.
If you are a paralegal with upwards of 12 months experience in Residential Conveyancing with experience of supporting in a busy Residential Conveyancing team, then this could be the next step for you!

You will be joining a small Residential Conveyancing team who are part of a larger real estate team, and support on Residential Conveyancing matters from inception through to post completion.
You can expect to immerse yourself into extremely high-quality work, supporting on a busy caseload of matters including land registry registrations, preparing engagement/contract papers, ordering online searches, ordering landlord/LPE1 packs, preparing stamp duty land tax returns, submissions and payments, and dealing with land registry applications.
Other duties include data input, reviewing files, opening and closing files and dealing with sales enquiries.

The firm are looking for commercial individuals who love working as part of a team and can work calmly in a fast-paced environment providing first class client care.
You must have upwards of 12 months experience of supporting in all Residential Conveyancing matters.
