Your new role
This role will see you join the housing department as a residential conveyancer with a strong focus on new builds. The role will see you manage a high volume of plot sales from reservation to completion. This will include preparation of plot sale contracts, leases, shared ownership leases and transfers.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and gained 12 month's experience of Residential conveyancing transactions. You will have exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
