About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our clients busy team in Broxburn. You will play a key role in managing and handling client cases from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all involved.
Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of high-volume Residential Conveyancing transactions, including house purchases, sales, remortgages, and transfer of title deeds.
- Conduct all necessary legal tasks efficiently and accurately, following high professional standards.
- Prepare and review contracts, legal documents, and other correspondence.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Maintain accurate case records and comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing (highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of relevant legal principles and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- IT literacy and proficiency in legal software.
