Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our clients busy team in Broxburn. You will play a key role in managing and handling client cases from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all involved.

Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of high-volume Residential Conveyancing transactions, including house purchases, sales, remortgages, and transfer of title deeds.
• Conduct all necessary legal tasks efficiently and accurately, following high professional standards.
• Prepare and review contracts, legal documents, and other correspondence.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure timely completion of transactions.
• Maintain accurate case records and comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing (highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of relevant legal principles and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• IT literacy and proficiency in legal software.
