The firm have multiple locations so there may be the need to occasion to base yourself at a different location from time to time.
You should have a background in conveyancing and you should be able to manage staff as well as running your own caseload.
Technical , complex queries should not present difficulties to you.
The firm are also looking ideally for someone who has had experience of guiding a department through CQS and of making or suggesting improvements to the running of a department.
The firm don't pay for any referrals, word of mouth means they have huge amounts of work coming in.
