The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. You will be entrusted to manage your own caseload of mixed residential property matters. You will be acting on matters such as sales, purchases, lease extensions, lifetime mortgages, re-mortgaging and transfers of equity.

This position is ideal for an ambitious Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer looking to move to a firm who offer a positive and welcoming work environment whilst ensuring a professional service is provided to each client.

The Requirements

· Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer

· Experience in Residential Conveyancing matters
