SalaryJob Title: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive
Ark Search are currently looking for Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive join a top tier L500 and Chambers & Partners ranked law firm in Newcastle City Centre to assist with their expansion plans. The client have a well established, highly reputable department and are looking for additional support to strengthen it.
Duties will include:
- Managing own caseload of around 80 Residential Conveyancing files
- Dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing to include the sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold files
- Handling re-mortgages, right to buys and dealing with own title checks
- Supervising junior members of staff
Applications will be considered from experienced Solicitors/Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years PQE + with previous Residential Conveyancing experience.
Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 (DOE)
