What we are looking for:
- Fully Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licenced Conveyancer
- Minimum 2 years PQE
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent Client Care
- Demonstrate ambition and a willingness to acquire new skills
- Collaborate effectively as a strong team player
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with a variety of different types of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Efficiently manage a caseload with minimum supervision, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and Solicitors in a professional and timely manner
- Use your technical experience and knowledge to support & mentor the wider team as required
