Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Newcastle

Adecco are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client's reputable legal team. Our client is a well-established legal firm dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Conducting property searches and title investigations
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
• Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law
• Providing efficient and effective legal advice and guidance

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of three years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
• Expert knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work and meet deadlines
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service

Our client offers a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £40,000 to £48,000 per year, depending on experience. They also provide excellent benefits and opportunities for career development within their firm.
