Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload covering Residential Conveyancing, commercial property transactions, and landlord and tenant disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare correspondence as necessary.
- Independently manage caseload comfortably and be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience in handling various cases involving residential, commercial, and landlord and tenant matters.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Capable of handling own caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
