Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Residential Deputy Manager to join a fantastic elderly residential home in Basildon.
Package for the ResidentialDeputy Manager but not limited to:
- 14.00 per hour
- 40 hours per week

ResidentialDeputy Manager requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Residential Deputy Manager within a residential care service is essential
- NVQ Level 2 as a minimum but or working towards NVQ Level 3 is preferred
- To work closely with the Home Manager
- Excellent clinical knowledge and strong leadership skills
- Confident in leading a team of Healthcare Assistants
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personal interest in working within elderly care
- Good knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
