SalaryTop 20 law firm is offering a 12-month fixed term contract for a transactional Enfranchisement Lawyer to provide a client management role. The successful candidate will have upwards of five recent years’ experience of statutory lease extension claims, drafting and negotiating leases and transfers. Advising on residential tenancies and experience of dealing with licenses to assign and deeds of variation. The firm acts for landed estates, charities and property investment companies. The opportunity is offered part time if desirable and hybrid working is available.
