UHNW private client requires experienced Facilities Manager for the maintenance of their private residential property portfolio, leading on all facilities and management work streams. This is a hands-on role, with skills needed to carry out repairs/maintenance as well as management duties.
Duties to include:
- Procurement and management of external maintenance and contractors
- Carry out regular plant and maintenance checks
- Ensure maintenance of emergency equipment
- Supervise external contractors
- Arrange and monitor cleaning teams
- Maintain documentation including risk assessments, health and safety policies, accident books and safety logs
- Assist with upkeep of Operations and Maintenance manuals
- Respond immediately to building requirements
Applicants must be:
- Multi-skilled at property maintenance, including mechanical and electrical
- Experience of operating Building Management Systems
- Be hands-on and pro-active
- Have extensive residential maintenance experience
- Full driving license
£60,000 - £80,000
