Consegna Talent proudly supports an established directly authorised brokerage with over 17 years in the industry! They are looking for a Residential Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team.
As a Residential Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of securing Residential Mortgages. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, offering tailored mortgage solutions to meet their requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional mortgage advice to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and analysis to determine suitable mortgage products for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the mortgage application process.
- Liaise with lenders and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient mortgage transactions.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and market trends to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
Requirements:
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential.
- Proven experience as a Residential Mortgage Advisor, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Sound knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and lending criteria.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
