An experienced and flexible Residential Night Security Team member is required to join an established RST at a substantial period property in Berkshire
Reporting to the Estate Manager and Security Team Leader, your primary role will be to oversee the security aspects of the premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment for Principals
The required shift-based roster is 7 nights on; 7 nights/days off. During your working weeks accommodation is available within the grounds. Live-out candidates should be commutable to the Reading area
This role demands a professional who embodies both vigilance and congeniality, holds a current SIA licence and possesses a genuine passion for delivering five-star service
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring unwavering property protection through meticulous surveillance and reporting
• Skilful management of CCTV and alarm monitoring systems
• Engaging amicably with visitors, facilitating seamless liaisons, and addressing their needs adeptly •
• Acting as a robust security deterrent, primed to adeptly manage any emergent situations
• Swift identification and resolution of issues in congruence with their high-standard operating procedures
• Crafting comprehensive reports and diligent maintenance and filing of documentation
Required Experience:
• Previous experience in RST or Close Protection (CP) or experience working with high-net-worth families highly favoured
• A full driving licence is greatly preferred, with experience in driving luxury high-end vehicles
• Proven track record in a luxury service environment
• Eligibility to work in the UK with a valid passport
