Based in Manchester
My client is an established High Street Law firm who are looking for an experienced Residential Property Executive or Solicitor to join an experienced Property team.
The Residential Conveyancing Role includes:
Carrying out full caseload from inception to completion - covering Freehold, Leasehold sales and purchases.
Completing title checks.
Managing clients.
Raising enquiries.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previously worked as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, able to complete own title checks.
Strong knowledge of Property Law.
Excellent organisational skills.
