Residential Property Lawyer (Partner)

A top 100 firm are recruiting for a senior associate/partner to join their well established team in Oxfordshire.
The firm are based in the city and have regional offices across the Country. They are ranked in the top tier of the Legal 500 for an array of practice areas, and are well-known as one of the leading firms in the Country.
Whilst being a corporate front runner, the firm are also very client focused. They have a reputation for bespoke advice and, for this reason, see clients returning time after time. They have an incredibly low staff turnover for such a large firm and this is partly to do with the extremely competitive salaries and benefits packages provided, as well as the flexibility on offer (2 or 3 days working from home).
The role gives you the opportunity to hit the ground running with the highly regarded team whilst taking more responsibility in the business development/marketing of the department. You will also aid in the training and development of juniors, giving the opportunity to step up into a managerial role.
To be successful in your application, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer.
- Have received good quality training from a reputable source.
- Ideally, have experience dealing with high net worth clients.
- Be driven and willing to work hard as an ambassador for a top firm.
