Residential Property Paralegal / Legal Executive, Nottinghamshire – 1+ PQE – An experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Executive is sought after to join this established and growing practice in Nottinghamshire to undertake a busy caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.

OVERVIEW:
• An opportunity has arisen for an experience Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Executive to undertake fee earning responsibilities within the established conveyancing department
• Working as part of a successful team, the appointed Paralegal will be supporting the fee earners and carrying out a range of duties.
• Duties could include preparing sales packs, preparing and submitting SDLT claims, dealing with exchange of contracts and submitting land registry claims.
• Office based role within a supportive and friendly working environment for the appointed Conveyancing Paralegal.
