SalaryMy client is currently expanding their Residential Property department and are looking for experienced Conveyancers to join their team. They are based in Woking however offer flexible/remote working so if you are looking for that work/life balance then this is the role for you!
This role is to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, provide expert legal advice, draft and review documents, liaise with clients and conduct thorough due diligence, title searches and property investigations.
My client is looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 PQE in conveyancing, a strong knowledge of Residential Property law, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and have a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
