What will you do?
- In this role you will advise a full and varied range of clients
- Manage a varied caseload from instruction to post completion
- This caseload could involve sales & purchases, equity release, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions, freehold, leasehold, newbuild and affordable housing and auctions
- Where appropriate, manage complex cases such as creation of new easements, adverse possession, relinquishing easements or covenants
- Develop & maintain relationships with introducers
About you:
- You should be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- You should have at least 2 years' conveyancing experience from a law firm background
