My client, a multi service , well respected regional law firm is now looking for a Residential Property Lawyer to join their office in the Berkshire region.
Full time/ hybrid working on offer
The successful candidatewill be expected to run a varied caseload of matters with no direct supervision including sales and purchases, leasehold, freehold, transfer of equity, re-mortgages etc. The role will suit a property lawyer who is able to run a caseload of matters from start to finish and who is used to working with case management systems. This is a growth role and would be perfect for someone who wants to put their mark on not only the team but the firm in general. The property work is currently being serviced in the firms other offices so you would still be supported by the wider group.
About You
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will;
- Be able to build strong relationships to develop the Residential Property department
- Have excellent organisational, communication and IT skills
- Will be able to work both independently and with other members of the Conveyancing team (in different offices)
- Ideally have some supervisory experience
- Be interested in networking and business development
