SalaryMy client is looking for someone to join their busy Residential Conveyancing Team based in Sawston, Cambridge.
This role will include buying and selling of leasehold and freehold property; lease extensions; re-mortgages and transfers of equity, new builds and shared ownership. The successful candidate will be involved in business development for the department. Secretarial support will also be provided.
The Candidate:
- Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed conveyancer – ideally 1 years experience.
- Hard working, driven and dedicated.
- Able to deal with a full caseload.
