Description
- Managing legal documentation related to Residential Real Estate.
- Assisting with drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
- Providing efficient and proactive legal support to a team of solicitors.
- Interacting with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Researching and analysing legal matters related to Residential Real Estate.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and protocols within the Residential Real Estate sector.
- Participating in team meetings and case reviews.
- Supporting the broader legal team with ad hoc projects as required.
Profile
A successful Residential Real Estate Paralegal should have:
- A Law degree or equivalent qualification.
- Residential Real Estate experience is required
- Strong understanding of Residential Real Estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Offer
