Residential Sales Coordinator is needed with excellent organisational skills to represent this established professional Estate Agency in North West London.
My client is looking for a Residential Sales Coordinator who can be responsible for the organisation and the coordination of 2x other support staff within this busy expanding department. You will be supporting the sales team with their property details, uploading the information onto their database, dealing with photos, floor plans, EPC's, land registry, liaise, check and collate information from vendors and applicants, deal with the Key station, prepare marketing packs and appraisals, deal with enquiries from clients, tenants, vendors and buyers and provide support to the Sales team with any other administration when needed.
The Successful person must be a team player with a friendly attitude who is very efficient and have an excellent eye for detail. MS Office experience is essential, experience with property software would be an advantage.
